Description of waste gas treatment process:

When we design the waste gas treatment scheme, we fully understand the nature of the waste gas produced by the spray booth of your company, combined with the current relevant environmental protection treatment requirements and the latest spray paint waste gas treatment technology, combined with our accumulated experience in this kind of waste gas treatment, we use dry-type filtration to treat the spray paint and waste gas,which has good treatment effect and meets the environmental protection requirements.

 

A brief introduction of waste gas treatment process:

After being washed by water curtain, the waste gas of the spray booth is led to the spray tower by the induced draft fan. After the majority of paint mist in the waste gas is removed by the two-stage spray of the spray tower, it enters the high-efficiency UV photocatalytic oxidation equipment. The high-energy and high ozone UV light is used to irradiate the odor gas, split the odor gas, and decompose the oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e. active oxygen, which has a very strong oxidation effect. The free state pollutant molecules are oxidized into small harmles or low harmful compounds, such as CO2, H2O, etc., to further degrade the waste gas. The remaining waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption tower, adsorbs a small amount of waste gas completely, and then flows through the terminal traction fan and the 15 meters of high altitude pipeline for clean emission.
